TDR Control
GSA Transactional Data Reporting
Monthly transaction evidence, contract-aware mapping, reconciliation, exception review, deterministic quality gating and a signed release packet.
SAXUM turns recurring reporting, reconciliation and evidence-heavy workflows into controlled operating cycles—so you know what is ready, what is blocked and why.
Primary commercial focus: GSA TDR + WAWF / PIEE. Human judgement and customer-held authority remain explicit.
The requirement took effect 8 July 2026. SAXUM is accepting controlled eFiling pilots for certificate, product and test-evidence reconciliation plus non-certifying Product Registry import.
SAXUM does not turn incomplete evidence into a reassuring green light. Every enabled workflow follows the same control logic: establish the source, reconcile the facts, isolate material exceptions, record authorized decisions and only then permit release.
GSA TDR and WAWF / PIEE lead the commercial portfolio. Each keeps domain-specific rules and evidence while sharing the same fail-closed control architecture.
GSA Transactional Data Reporting
Monthly transaction evidence, contract-aware mapping, reconciliation, exception review, deterministic quality gating and a signed release packet.
WAWF / PIEE invoice operations
Contract authority, invoice, receiving, rejection and payment-state control while preserving customer-held provider credentials and submission authority.
The output is not a hidden model decision. SAXUM preserves the work: sources used, mappings applied, exceptions resolved, approvals recorded, limitations stated and the final evidence packet signed.
Enter through the workflow you own; the platform keeps the same evidence, exception and release discipline underneath.
Tell us the workflow, next deadline and source systems. We will tell you whether SAXUM fits.
