How a paid SAXUM engagement starts.
This page summarizes the commercial structure used for paid work. The signed order form or statement of work controls if it differs from this summary.
1. Scope before access
SAXUM confirms the product, customer entities, reporting periods, source systems, deliverables, recurring cadence, onboarding fee and subscription price before requesting production data or credentials.
2. Customer authority
The customer remains responsible for its legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, certification and provider-account authority. SAXUM does not represent internal preparation as regulator or provider acceptance.
3. Data handling
Only the data reasonably required for the scoped workflow should be transferred. Secure intake is used for case data. Public assessment forms must not contain credentials or regulated case files. The parties may execute a data-processing addendum where required.
4. Fees and renewal
Recurring subscriptions, portfolio plans, one-time onboarding and any approved out-of-scope work are stated in the order form. Unless an order form says otherwise, renewal and termination follow the signed customer agreement rather than this marketing summary.
5. Provider activation
Where a product depends on a government or third-party account, production activation occurs only after the customer supplies authorized access or completes the required provider-side setup. SAXUM can remain in shadow/read-only mode until that gate is satisfied.
