Common TDR upload failures begin upstream
Most preventable failures originate in exports, joins, mappings or period selection before the file reaches the portal.
Structural errors
Unexpected headers, duplicate columns, invalid dates and delimiter problems should be blocked before review.
Population errors
Missing business units, partial extracts and duplicate transactions can produce a valid-looking but incomplete file.
Reconciliation errors
Upload totals must trace back to controlled source totals, credit treatment and the applicable reporting basis.
